What's included: - Operations and process diagnostic across marketing, sales and delivery - Map of how work actually moves today, with queues and rework identified - KPI and reporting system design, with owners for every number - Role and responsibility mapping so decisions stop waiting for one person - Two management workshops, recorded, with materials your team keeps - Handover document and a 90-day improvement plan How it runs: Weeks one and two are diagnostic. Weeks three to six we change the process with your managers rather than around them. Weeks seven and eight we train, document and hand over. The programme is designed to end: your managers should be able to run the system without us.
