Delivery Policy

Everything is delivered remotely

Consulting work is delivered online: documents, models and recordings are handed over through your account on this site and by email. There is nothing to ship and no customs step.

When work starts

Orders are confirmed within one business day. A diagnostic usually starts the week after confirmation. A monthly engagement starts after the kickoff call and once the access listed below is in place. The start date is written into your order confirmation.

What we need from you

• Read access to the ad accounts and analytics in scope, for a diagnostic
• Standard user access for campaigns we manage, plus the brand assets in use today
• A named person on your side who can answer questions and approve scope

Onsite work

Workshops can be delivered onsite on request. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately before booking, and the onsite date is agreed in writing.

Delays outside our control

If access, assets or approvals are delayed, the schedule moves with them. We tell you as soon as a delay affects a date, and we do not charge for time spent waiting.
